Last year I had the opportunity to take on a role with Accenture Development Partnerships, Accenture’s business unit dedicated to bringing consulting services to the development sector. In July 2008 I began a seven-month project with Save the Children, a development and aid organization, assessing the strength of their supply chain and seeking areas for improvement (see previous blog posts). We spent 4 months abroad, traveling extensively within Ethiopia, Mozambique, Indonesia and Bangladesh, which represent a wide variety of Save the Children’s supply chain situations. Upon completion of the project, I created a video (with the help of my parent’s marketing firm), to help bring the findings of the supply chain project to life.
The video was entered in the 2010 Boston College Corporate Citizenship Film Festival – and was recently announced as one of ten finalists.

Great to see a home for this video online Donny. We also have on our ADP Central “ADP tv” section which will soon be moved over to the Community of Practice page open to all of Accenture. Really well done!
